INO RECORDS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM INFORMATION INO Records has an internship program that provides qualified students an excellent opportunity to learn all aspects of a record label, gain overall music industry experience and networking opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES Interns can be assigned to the following departments but will likely gain experience in all areas: Creative Services/Production A&R Sales & Marketing Radio New Media REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS Hours – Interns must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week. They must also be willing to work a fixed schedule. A set schedule allows us incorporate them into our daily activities. College Credit - Students must receive credit through their college programs to be eligible for internships. Internships are unpaid and do not guarantee job placement.
